The entire facilities consist of a Shipping/Receiving Dock at 33°F with Pressure Cooling, Main Storage Cooler at 32°F and Production Cooler at 50°F with a 300GPH Process Water Chiller at 38°F. The Refrigeration Equipment consists of one (1) Reciprocating Compressors Group with three (3) 30HP Thermatrol Model “E” in Parallel, operating at 22°F SST & 100°F. High Relative Humidity is achieved by Atomizing Nozzles using Pressurized Water with Compressed Air.
